It is located on the first floor and has a total of 6/7 beds. Raffaele House is well equipped for a long and carefree stay; it has pots, various dishes, a refrigerator, freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, bath and bed linens, TV, doors and windows with mosquito nets, washing machine, outdoor shower, sink, and parking space in the courtyard. Among the services that Raffaele House offers its guests are: cleaning, transfer service from the airport and train station, car rental, boat excursions, luggage storage in case of early check-in or late check-out, assistance throughout the stay, assistance with travel and transportation. The tranquility of the place is highly appreciated, as well as the beauty of being able to stay under the porch while enjoying meals outdoors or on the inner terrace. Once you arrive, you can park your car in the private spot and move around on foot or by bicycle, easily reaching all points of interest in the area. The diving center and sailing center are only 200 meters away, a typical restaurant is 30 meters away, grocery stores are 50 meters away, boat rentals are 200 meters away, and there is a beautiful beach resort with a restaurant 200 meters away. For the most exclusive, there is a yachting club 300 meters away (entrance only for members, including temporary ones).
